There is something truly special about a day where competition meets community. This week, our schools gathered for the Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) Boccia Tournament, and it was a resounding reminder of why inclusive sport is the heartbeat of our student experience.
Boccia is a game of precision, strategy, and nerves of steel, but more importantly, it is a sport that ensures every pupil has a seat at the table (or a spot on the court).
The Results Are In!
The atmosphere in the hall was electric as the balls flew and the tactics intensified. While every student played with incredible heart, we have some special shout-outs for the final standings:
-
Mary Howard: Claimed a spectacular Joint 1st Place! 🏆
-
St Andrews: Secured a fantastic Joint 2nd Place! 🥈
Seeing our schools dominate the top of the leaderboard was wonderful, but the real magic happened between the ends.
