Colour splash!
We had great fun experimenting with colours. We identified primary colours - red, yellow and blue and mixed them to create orange, green and purple!
Drumming workshop
We were very lucky to have a visit from Rhythm City and took part in a drumming workshop with a range of percussion instruments.
Sausage Roll Making
Today we made some delicious sausage rolls. Some of us didn’t like the feel of the raw sausage meat! They tasted great!

Today we combined construction and IT to create our very own miniature movies. We created stories using Lego and built various settings to help set the scene. We then used iMovie to make our films adding music, credits and captions. All our movies will be at a cinema near you soon!

Finished Playground Structures

Viking Sagas
Class Three learned about Viking sagas. After making comparisons between two sagas, the children created their own sagas of Leif Erikson’s discovery of Vinland, carefully choosing which historic details to include and where to add their own dramatic interpretations!
DT evaluations
Class Three completed their evaluations of their playground structures in DT. They considered their initial designs and how sturdy and safe their playground structures are. The children were incredibly proud of their work!
